Privacy notice
This notice explains what Photonix Studio, LLC (“Photonix”, “we”) collects through photonixstudio.com — this website and its preview request form — and what we do with it. It does not cover the Photonix software that studios use.
What we collect
- Preview requests. When you submit the form: your first and last name, studio name, role (if you give one) and email address, plus any campaign tags in the link that brought you here.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our server records each request — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to keep the site secure and working.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
How we use it
We use your request to review it and to contact you about a private walkthrough of Photonix. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it
Requests are stored on our servers at Amazon Web Services in the United States, and delivered to our team by email through Amazon Simple Email Service and Google Workspace.
How long we keep it
We keep preview requests for up to 24 months, then delete them. Server logs are deleted after 14 days.
Your choices
To see or delete the information you sent us, email hello@photonixstudio.com.
Children
This site is for school photography studio owners and staff. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
